Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made for FitGenie subscription plans and services delivered through our Website, WhatsApp Bot, Telegram Bot, or any associated digital platforms ("Services").

1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLE

FitGenie provides digital and AI-powered services that begin immediately upon purchase. Once a personalized plan, diet, workout routine, or AI access has been delivered, the service is considered consumed, and refunds cannot be issued.

2. COOLING-OFF PERIOD (IF APPLICABLE)

Monthly Plans – 3 Days

Quarterly/Annual Plans – 7 Days

Eligible only if none of the above personalized content has been delivered.

Once personalized content is delivered, no refund is possible.

Users may cancel future renewals anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. Past payments are non-refundable. Access remains until the end of the billing period.

6. PAYMENT GATEWAYS

Refunds (if approved) may be processed via Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp Payments, or Bank card issuer. Processing time varies by provider.

7. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Refunds may be refused if abuse of policy is suspected, multiple attempts are made, the service has been heavily consumed, or misleading information is provided.

8. FINAL DECISION

All refund decisions made by FitGenie are final.
