1.3 CHAT & INTERACTION DATA

• All messages sent to the FitGenie bot (WhatsApp/Telegram/Website)
• AI-generated responses
• User logs, reminders, preferences
• Action history (e.g., plan updates, request patterns)

1.4 PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Transaction IDs
• Payment method details
• Subscription purchase history

(Collected via secure third-party payment processors such as Razorpay, Stripe, or WhatsApp Payments. FitGenie does NOT store card details.)

1.5 TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• Device type
• Browser type
• IP address
• Session data
• Usage patterns and analytics

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

FitGenie uses collected data to:

• Generate personalized AI fitness & nutrition suggestions
• Create workout and diet plans
• Improve the accuracy and relevance of AI recommendations
• Track your progress and adapt plans
• Provide customer support
• Send reminders and motivational messages
• Improve platform performance and user experience
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse

We do NOT use your personal information for automated decision-making that has legal consequences.

FitGenie uses AI models to generate personalized plans.

• Your chat data may be used to improve accuracy and personalization.

• At no point is personally identifiable health information sold or shared for advertising.
• AI suggestions may not always be accurate—users must exercise judgment.

6. WHATSAPP & TELEGRAM PRIVACY

When you use FitGenie on WhatsApp or Telegram:

• Messages are routed through WhatsApp/Telegram servers.
• FitGenie does not control WhatsApp's or Telegram's storage, encryption, or retention policies.
• Screenshots, forwards, or access by others on your device are outside our control.

Users must ensure the security of their own devices.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information only for as long as necessary for providing services, complying with legal obligations, improving AI personalization, and maintaining user progress history. Users may request deletion at any time.

8. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website may use cookies, local storage, analytics scripts, and session tracking to improve user experience. Users can disable cookies via browser settings.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent. Users under 13 may not use the Services. If we learn that a child under 13 has used the service, we will delete the data immediately.
